Yes. OnWay has anti-diversion protocols in place, including photo ID verification, electronic signature capture, and GPS-timestamped chain of custody logs for all Schedule II–V controlled substance deliveries.
What happens if a patient isn't home to receive their medication?
Our drivers follow a standard attempt-and-return protocol. The patient is notified via SMS of the attempt and given a return delivery window. Controlled substances are never left unattended.
